do Jiang Zhe and Princess Changle ever get together later on or no?
Jiang Zhe and Princess Changle:
After getting revenge and with Li Zhi having a firm hold on the court as the crown prince, Jiang Zhe planned on getting away while everyone was celebrating. Princess Changle figured out what he was planning and caught up with him before he could leave. Basically, the two end up eloping. At the start of volume 4, they have a son who was turning one.
thanks! glad everything work out for them
Princess Changle basically wins Jiang Zhe over with her sacrifices during the ensuing events of volume 3 and yet she still had to chase him down. Otherwise, it is likely that Jiang Zhe would probably have taken no one.
I could see that, it was already hard enough for him to even accept the idea of her having feels for him not to mention his position as a vassal and past relationship due to his code of conduct.
Oh wow! The lioness really hunted Jiang Zhe down. Well, he does deserve happiness.
Fortunately, there's no issues between adoptive-stepmother (Changle) and stepdaughter (Roulan).
Does Xia Jinyi survive to the end of volume 3? He feels like someone who would get killed off.
Also, thanks for the translations! It's the novel I most look forward to every day.
Xia Jinyi's survival:
The Fengyi Sect moves on Xia Jinyi, but he is rescued and goes on to serve by Jiang Zhe's side with his face disfigured and under an assumed name. However, the pregnant Xiu Chun is killed.
what happen to Fengyi Sect? especially Li Hanyou?
Damn, pitiful Xia Jinyi. His life is such a tragedy...
Fan Huiyao fights Elder True Compassion of the Shaolin Temple, beating the Shaolin monk. Fan Huiyao is injured and rushes to save her disciples who have been trapped by Jiang Zhe. Because she is injured from her fight with the Shaolin monk, Fan Huiyao takes medicine from the Medical Sage (that ignites her life force and requires an extended period of recuperation, this is the same medicine that prevented Jiang Zhe from dying). Jiang Zhe then manipulates Fan Huiyao to believing she had the upper hand. Afterwards, Jiang Zhe traps her using Elder True Compassion, the Shaolin Temple's Eighteen Arhats, and Xiaoshunzi. Seeing no way out, Fan Huiyao ignites her cultivation/life force and commits suicide.
It's very fucked up.
You sure you want to know?
You have been warned.
Here goes ...
Li Hanyou has her martial arts destroyed and weakened to the point that she can barely walk. Her beautiful face is destroyed. She gets sold to a pair of brothers in the mountains to use as a sex toy/baby machine.
She doesn't run away with the other Fengyi disciples. She stays behind and commits suicide in hopes of reducing the crimes on her father, husband, and son.
Other Fengyi Sect Disciples:
They escape. As of the first couple of chapters of volume 4, their fates aren't revealed.
Does the crown prince and Prince of Qi die similar to their historical counterparts, Crown Prince of Tang, Li Jiancheng, and Prince of Qi, Li Yuanji at Xuanwu Gate?
He is captured after a failed coup and is forced to take poison and dies.
We find out that he is being controlled using medication by Qin Zheng. He survives, although she doesn't.
Tannhäuser thanks for your work on TGS, is by far my favorite novel!
What´s the reaction of the prince of yong to JZ and the pincess eloping?
and how old is his daughter by the end of volume 3/ does she get any character development?
The Prince of Yong lets them go. There's really nothing he could do and he really wants the two of them to be happy.
Roulan is 3-4 years old at the beginning of volume 4. She can speak and she is quite mischievous and is spoiled by both Jiang Zhe and Changle.
I couldn't take it anymore and looked T_T. I blame you! xD
could you be more specific?
Weeee! I like spoilers but at the same time read them with trepidation.
Hmm? I was talking about Tannhauser because he offered me spoilers before.
